Abstract:

Computer/Internet security is one of the growing concerns of our society today. This article identifies and explains the various sorts of people that cause cybercrimes as well a few of the most prevalent computer virus threats. It also provides some useful tips or pointers on how to protect or safeguard our computer from security risks.

Three Things I Learned From My Reading Assignment:

1. Protect your computer by using good quality internet securities software.

2. Remain vigilant and stay aware of the existing computer virus threats.

3. Ensure that your anti-virus software is up-to-date.

Application:

To acquire an adequate knowledge on how to secure your computer is the best way to be safe. As a computer/Internet user, I will make sure that I also have knowledge and understanding of the laws which are implemented to protect us.
